How do I exchange or return an item?

Returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment are free!   

Email help@freeplanet.com with your order id and we'll get that return ready with you! You can also start a return or exchange by going here.

Exchanges typically ship shortly after the product is received/reviewed at our warehouse.  

Refunds are initiated after a quick inspection at the warehouse.  Funds typically arrive back within 5 biz days (though occasionally longer - we've seen 14 days+ on rare occasions).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Free Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days with free shipping.

Express Shipping Options

1-2 biz day shipping
2-3 biz day shipping
3-4 biz day shipping

Express orders need to be placed before 1:30PM EST to ship same day, or else it will ship the following biz day.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

It generally takes 3-5 business days from the time we receive the return at our warehouse.  Your bank may process it a bit faster or slower.

Where's my package?

Your shipment tracking info (with uncrushed nuts) can be find in your shipping email.

Please contact us directly if you did not receive the tracking info.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Email us at  help@freeplanet.com with the subject line “I Fucked Up, Please Help!” and we will get back to shortly. Or just use a regular subject line and email  help@theperfectjean.nyc  :)

We have a small window in which we are able to change/cancel an order after it is placed. We will do our best, but we suggest double checking all of your order info is correct before your order is placed!

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, only the good ol’ US of A (48 continental states, Alaska, Hawaii and domestic APO addresses).

But good news! By 2024 we're be setup to ship to:
